We continue to treat women in the workforce as a nice to have and not a must have, threatening women’s economic freedom, and the health of our families, businesses, and the broader economy. While other countries have social safety nets, America runs on the unseen, unpaid labor of its moms.

MOMS FIRST aims to create sweeping change in three critical areas:

We galvanize the private sector to transform our workplaces to finally work for moms

COMMUNITY

We mobilize a grassroots community of moms and supporters to take action in their homes, workplaces, and communities

We change the conversation about moms: who they are, the value they bring society, and why we must invest in them
